Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, welcomed a delegation from BBC Global News, including Jonathan Munro, the Global Director of BBC News; Tim Awford, Executive News Editor at BBC Global Channels; and Joya Barbari, Senior Producer at BBC Global News – Beirut office.
The meeting focused on strengthening media relations and discussing potential areas of collaboration between the Ministry of Information and BBC Global News in covering regional developments.
