Abdel Samad Congratulates ‘Radio Lebanon’ On International Radio Day: To Focus On Moderation

Caretaker Information Minister, Dr. Manal Abdel Samad Najd, marked via her Twitter account the “World Radio Day” by calling for radio broadcasts to concentrate on moderate speech that unites and does not separate.

“Freedom of expression is a right and responsibility in any position we are, without extremes… We must return to the tonality of dialogue, openness and convergence because it is our only salvation. Congratulations to Radio Lebanon, 83 years of generous media coverage and cultural diversity,” she said.
