Lebanese Ministry of Information
Minister of Information, Dr. Manal Abdel Samad Najd, on Mondaywelcomed in her office at the Ministry a delegation from the national committee of tenants, chaired by Antoine Karam.
The delegation briefed Minister Abdel Samad on the plight endured by the old tenants, in terms of the “unfair” and “unfeasible” law issued in 2014 and amended in 2017 but has to date not been implemented.
Karam said the minister has pledged to relay their plight to the Council of Ministers and relevant officials in Parliament.
