Lebanese Ministry of Information
Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, welcomed Algerian Ambassador to Lebanon, Rachid Belbaki, along with a delegation from Algerian television, in his office at the ministry.
The meeting reportedly discussed bilateral relations between the two countries, especially in the media sphere.
For his part, the Algerian Ambassador expressed his pleasure at meeting the Minister of Information, affirming “the strength of the relationship between Algeria and Lebanon, especially as Makary attaches great importance to the relationship between the two countries, especially in the media field.”
“Preparations are underway to organize a program for cooperation and exchange of experiences, especially since the Lebanese media is known for its strength and efficiency, as is the Algerian media. The concerted efforts and exchange of experiences provide added value to the media of both countries to serve the issues of the two countries and peoples,” the Algerian diplomat added.
