Lebanese Ministry of Information
Caretaker Minister of Information, Ziad Makary, welcomed Caretaker Minister of Youth and Sports, George Kallas, with whom he discussed an array of public affairs.
Talks between the pair reportedly focused on a number of government-related issues, especially the fresh closure of Tele Liban.
“Tele Liban is the compass of Lebanese media, and it is a national responsibility (…) to revive it whatever it takes,” Kallas said on emerging.
Makary separately welcomed the honorary consul of Lebanon in Miami, Mustafa Nasser, with whom he discussed the country’s general conditions, as well as bilateral relations.
